Trained in medicine, Devdutt Pattanaik worked for 15 years in the healthcare and pharma industries before turning his focus entirely on his true passion. He has worked as a consultant at EY. He was also the Chief Belief Officer of Future Group, one of India's largest retailers. He was also a speaker at the first TED conference in India held in November 2009.
